WORK on a project to convert this city centre listed building into 25 flats for the homeless has been completed, June 2021
The owners, Worcester Municipal Charities, converted the old Probation offices in Shaw Street, at a cost of more than £2 million. This excellent scheme has both provided much needed housing, secured a rental income for the charity and resulted in an significant upgrade to this listed building.
