House, forms part of a terrace built as 4 separate phases.
Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Orange-red
brick with stone sills. Hand-made plain clay tile roof;
parapeted gables with stone copings; end stacks with pots.
timber doorcase. Single-depth plan with central entrance hall.
Symmetrical facade. 3 storeys and basement. 3 first-floor
windows. Brick detailing includes dentilled eaves. Windows to
ground and first-floors are 6/6 with flat gauged brick arches,
centre second-floor is blank, 3/3 to either side; all
near-flush with sills. 6-panel door, bottom pair flush-beaded,
centre panels raised and fielded, top pair glazed; doorcase
has fluted pilasters with frieze and cornice.
