Farmhouse. Early C19 with minor alterations c1900. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings and pantile roof with raised coped gables and two gable stacks.
West front has off-centre doorway with part-glazed panel door flanked by single 3-light sliding sashes, above two similar sliding sashes., all with ashlar lintels.
Right return to street has blank gable wall with chamfered corner to left and Victorian wall mounted cast iron letter box to right bearing the inscription VR.
Rear facade to farmyard has off-centre doorway with inset plank door. To left a blocked doorway and either side of both these doors single 2-light casement windows with glazing bars. Above off-centre single light casement flanked by single 2-light casements all with glazing bars.
Single storey outbuilding to left with single plank door and a 2-ight sliding sash.
INTERIOR has original plank doors and stone flagged floor in kitchen. Edwardian cast iron range. Edwardian cast iron fireplaces on upper floor. Original timber staircase. Roof structure mostly replaced early twentieth century. Outhouse has washing copper, baking oven and large stone basin.
