Barn and stables. Dated 1783. Red brick in fiernish bond, and flemish garden wall bond. Clay plain tile roof with gabled ends.
Plan: long rectangular plan of six bays, with five bay barn at north east end with opposing cart entrances to central threshing bay, and with stables in sixth bay at south west end with loft over. Exterior: north west side has large cart entrance to left of centre, with cambered brick arch and frame, with plank doors; rows of ventilation and pigeon holes in various patterns and small ground floor and loft doors to left and right. Similar south east side. Gable ends have small loft openings and rows of pigeon holes.
Interior: king-post roof with angled struts, tenoned purlins and common rafter couples without a ridgepiece; one of the tie-beams has date 1783 carved on it. The stables have mangers and troughs.
