First half C16. Originally a small two bay hall house with central cruck
truss. One storey and attic. Square panelled timber framing, six panels
wide and two high on stone rubble plinth. Big stone rubble chimney breast
at gable end. One gabled dormer window. Old tile roof. The other main
front rebuilt in stone rubble. Interior divided into two storeys and
rooms in mid C17.
