House. Early C19 with C20 extension. Red brick in Flemish
bond, partly hipped pantile roof, lion's head gutter, single
ridge and tall gable stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-bay front with off-centre, 6-panel door
with narrow overlight having plain timber doorcase with
moulded hood on scrolled console brackets, flanked by single
plain sashes. To 1st floor 2 similar windows. All windows have
segmental rubbed brick arches. The return has a single similar
original opening to each floor.
INTERIOR: retains one contemporary fluted fireplace.
Included for group value with Nos 2, 4 and 6 (qv) Grove Street
West.
