Pair of houses, now shop and store. Early C18 and late C18.
Altered C19 and C20.
EXTERIOR: No.38 has rendered 2-storey, 2-bay front with
concrete tiled roof behind parapet. One coped gable and
reduced stack. C19 shop front with central half-glazed door,
shop windows, pilasters, fluted brackets, angled fascia,
altered and extended to cover No.36 in C20. To 1st floor 2
plain sashes with architraves. No.36 is in painted brick, with
hipped pantile roof, of 3 storeys, with 2 plain sashes with
segmental heads to each floor.
