including c1980s extension to ground floor. Stucco over brick
with concealed roof.
EXTERIOR: original range has 2 storeys with 3 storeys to
centre, 8 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing includes
pilasters to either side of fifth first-floor window and
round-arched stepped reveals. 6/6 sashes throughout, the 4th
first-floor window has radial glazing bars to head, all in
plain reveals and with sills.
