Shop with accommodation over, now all in commercial use. Late
C18 building, formerly housing shop of c1850. Brick with slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2-window range, with 16-pane sash windows
with painted stone sills and flat arched brick heads on each
floor. Shop front almost entirely rebuilt c1980, retaining
only the inner frames of the windows, and the central doorway
of the earlier front.
INTERIOR: the fittings of the former chemists shop have also
been removed.
