House, now day centre and flats. c1800-20. Stucco over brick
with renewed slate roof and renewed end brick stacks;
wrought-iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows with full-height
2-storey, 2 first-floor window bow to left. 6/6 sashes
throughout, those to first-floor are taller, those to bow are
curved on section; all with sills and in plain reveals.
Entrance to bow a 6-fielded-panel part-glazed door. Crowning
low parapet and copings. Raised gables.
INTERIOR: has 2 marble fireplaces and cornice; shutters;
otherwise not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first-floor balconies have embellished
rods, with scrolled lozenge to panels and lozenges to lower
frieze.
