3 houses. Late C18. Red brick in Flemish bond. Nos 60 and 61
have hipped plain tile roofs, No.60 has capped rendered stack
on left. No.62 hipped Welsh slate roof, rendered stack on left
and brick stack on rear pitch.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; No.60 with 2 bays, Nos 61 and 62 with 3
bays. No.60 has 6-panelled door on left with overlight, set in
panelled reveal, Doric entablature over with triglyphs. 4
stone steps to entrance. On left 16-pane sash set under
rendered slightly cambered arch. Band at first floor. No.61
has 6-panelled door to right set in panelled reveal, overlight
with decorative glazing bars, flanking reeded pilasters with
Doric capitals, moulded frieze and pediment over with dentils
to cornice. 3 stone steps to entrance. On left two 12-pane
sashes set under cambered brick arches. No.62 has 5-panelled
door to right, female head knocker, fanlight with swagged
radial lead glazing bars, set in round-headed panelled reveal
with flanking pilasters, and open moulded pediment. Head
sculptures at each side of pediment. On left two 12-pane
sashes set under flat brick arches. 4 marble-faced steps to
entrance with flanking scrolled railings. 12-pane sashes to
first and second floors under flat gauged brick arches. Brick
dentil band over second floors. Coped parapets.
