House, one of a group of 3. Mid-late C18 with later
alterations. Mostly red brick in Flemish bond. Welsh slates
and painted brick dentilled eaves to front roof pitch, old
tiles to rear; brick stacks to ends and rear.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, the uppermost raised or rebuilt. 2-window
range, on 1st floor of 6/6 boxed sashes with painted sills and
brickwork above painted to resemble flat arches; 3/3 sashes to
2nd floor; on ground floor, 6/6 sashes with painted sills and
gauged brick flat arches. Doorcase to left of centre has
Classical architrave with corniced pilasters, rosettes above,
and open pediment; fanlight with radial glazing bars; 6-panel
door. Painted plinth courses with cellar grille on left.
