House in row. Early C19, altered. Brick with stucco render.
Welsh slate roof with deep bracketed eaves soffit and brick
stack to rear roof pitch.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; single-window range. 2-storey
canted bay-window with pitched leaded roof, deep moulded
cornice breaking 1st-floor cornice, fixed glazing of 3:6:3
panes, moulded mullions, and plain sill bands. On 2nd floor a
tripartite window of 2:4:2 panes with wooden mullions and
sill. Doorcase on right has wide surround, bracketed cornice
and renewed part-glazed 6-panel door. Rusticated quoins and
plinth.
