House in row, now offices. Late C18/early C19, with later
alterations. Mostly of red brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile
roof, hipped to left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, upper raised in red and yellow brick, and
cellar. Single-window range, on 1st floor of 8/8 boxed sashes
with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills;
similar smaller 4/8 sashes above.
Ground floor: on left, canted bay-window under segmental brick
arch with pitched roof, moulded cornice, 1/1:2/2:1/1 sashes,
and cellar grille. Doorcase on right has Classical architrave
with pilasters and steeply-pitched open pediment; shallow
fanlight with radial glazing bars; 6-panel door; and stone
step. Rendered brick plinth.
