Former coach house and stables to No.17 Perrott House (qv),
now offices. Mid-late C18 with later alterations. Red brick in
Flemish bond. Roof of Welsh slate and C20 plain tiles with
brick dentilled eaves and end stack left.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 lunettes in painted keyed surrounds on
sillband, that to centre blocked and painted. Ground floor:
12-pane window on left with painted channelled voussoirs,
keystone and sill; to its right, C20 door in painted wooden
architrave with shallow pediment; to right again, carriage
entrance with brick basket arch, painted keystone and
springers, painted wooden architrave and plank double doors.
Painted stone plinth.
Rear: wing with cat-slide tiled roof over rear carriage
entrance.
