House. Late C18, incorporating probably-C17 timber-framing.
Red brick in Flemish bond with painted ground floor. Welsh
slate roof with eaves band and brick ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range. To 2nd floor,
4/8 sashes in painted reveals with painted sills. On 1st
floor, 18-pane 2-light casements, that at centre blocked, with
painted sills, channelled voussoirs and keystones.
On ground floor: continuous moulded hood; 2 canted bay
windows, of 4/4:6/6:4/4 sashes (on left) and 8:12:8-pane fixed
glazing with single-pane casement (on right); two doorways,
one between bay windows with moulded doorcase, 4-panel door,
and 2 stone steps; one on left, with barred overlight and
6-panel door; cellar grille breaks painted plinth.
INTERIOR: not inspected but reported to be timber-framed.
