Coastguard lookout. Early C19. Painted stone rubble. Tarred and cement slurried scantle slate
conical roof. Circular single-cell plan. Small single-storey building with two pointed [almost round] arch windows on west side and doorway on east side. Attached to east side is a circa mid C20 single-storey wing.
INTERIOR: One room open to the roof with rafters meeting at apex; now ceiled under the rafters. NOTE: Depicted on 1876 OS map as Coastguard Lookout.
