Villa. Early-mid C19 with late C20 range to front at right.
Stucco with renewed tile roof, pinkish-brown brick with slates
to right range.
EXTERIOR: main range has 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows.
2-storey projecting central porch, steps to 6-fielded-panel
door with side-lights, brattished cornice and pointed-arched
overlight in plain reveals. Ground floor has bay to left with
1/1 sash; to right a tripartite sash with 6/6 between 1/1
sashes. First floor has 2 tripartite windows with 6/6 between
1/1 sashes; small triangular oriel to porch above door. Attics
have 3/3 sashes in gables. Side stacks with cornices.
Rear noted in 1983 List to retain most of its early C19
character with tripartite glazing bar sashes, Victorian
alterations. Range to right has casement windows.
