Barns, now 2 houses. Probably C17 barn with C18 extension and
C19 granary building at south-east end. Converted to housing
c1980. Timber-frame with brick and plaster infill on Cotswold
stone plinth, with brick to south-east. Partly stone-tile
roof, half-hipped to south and partly renewed tile with
undulating ridge. Timber-frame part has threshing openings,
now partly glazed, inserted entrance at right and small
casements.
INTERIOR: to this part has exposed rafters,
collar-and-tie-beam truss, 2 levels of purlins; interior wall
has timber-frame.
Forms a group with and an integral part of the setting for Ham
Court (qv).
