Detached villa. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco detail; dry slate
roof with moulded eaves cornice; stuccoed end stacks.
Italianate influence. Double-depth plan with probably 2 rooms
at the front.
2 storeys; 2-bay front with rusticated quoins, the projecting
right-hand bay with modillioned triangular pediment. 1st floor
with triple round-arched windows with original 8-pane hornless
sashes. Ground floor with French windows on the left with
pilastered surround; tripartite sash on the right.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
One of a good group of villas in Mannamead which was developed
after 1851.
