Shop premises. Mid C19. Stucco front with roof hidden behind
parapet with heavy moulded cornice; brick stack on the right.
Double-depth plan with shop at the front and wide through
passage giving access to rear, on its left.
3 storeys; 2-window range. Late C19 4-pane horned sashes.
Ground floor has moulded string over passage and late C19
pilastered transomed double shopfront with consoles flanking a
moulded entablature with fascia; slender turned columns to
angles with splayed doorway and attached columns at left and
right of plate-glass windows with quadrant heads to columns;
overlight and glazed door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
One of a good group in the historic centre of Plymouth.
