Warehouse, now converted to flats. Probably early C19. Rubble
with dressed stone or selected stone as quoins and rubble
segmental arches to original openings and brick arches to
later or altered openings; new slate roof. Deep plan end on to
the street.
4 storeys, the front end as 3 storeys over basement with wide
former loading doorway to each floor above; 2 small flanking
C20 openings to 2nd floor and one to 1st-floor left.
Right-hand return is 6-window range and there are many window
openings with original iron stanchions in front of C20
glazing; ground-floor doorways at left and right and central
loading doorways to upper floors.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value in a street with a high proportion of
fine C17 and C18 houses.
