Terrace of 7 houses. c1830-40. Brown brick with stucco parapet
and basement and stucco dressings.
3 storeys and basement (No.42 with slate mansard with dormer),
2 bays each. Steps with cast-iron handrails up to round-arched
doors with fluted quadrant pilasters, cornice heads, plain
fanlights and stucco impost blocks. Sash windows with glazing
bars, those to ground floor round-headed in shallow,
round-arched, stucco-lined recesses with stucco imposts; those
to upper floors with flat, gauged-brick arches and, on 1st
floor, set in segmental-arched recesses with stucco spring and
sill bands.
