Terrace of 7 houses. 1827, some later rebuilding. Yellow brick
with parapets (that to No.143 V-shaped, that to No.147
rebuilt).
3 storeys and basement (Nos 147-153 also with dormered slate
mansards), 2 main bays each, with a further 2-storey entrance
bay, linking the houses in pairs. Doorways with fanlights all
altered; fluted pilasters flank that to No.143. Gauged brick
arches (some now stuccoed) to sash windows throughout, those
on ground floor round, those on upper floors flat with
1st-floor windows in round-arched recesses with stucco
springing band (except No.141 which has been altered). Stucco
band at 1st-floor sills. No.143 has wrought-iron window guards
and handrails.
