Double-fronted villa. c1840. Yellow brick with stucco basement
and cornice and blocking course with pitched slate roof
behind.
2 storeys and basement, 3 bays. Stucco doorpiece with
pilasters and entablature; door in recess. Moulded stucco
architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground
floor tripartite with console bracketed cornices and
pediments, those on 1st floor with margin lights.
