House. c1840. Yellow brick with banded rusticated stucco
ground floor; pitched slate roof with projecting eaves (a
later alteration). Double-fronted villa connected to neighbour
by 1-bay link over garage.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Central bay slightly recessed with flat
pilasters to doorcase with recessed door. Sash windows with
glazing bars, those to 1st-floor with moulded stucco
architraves; moulded stucco string between floors.
