House, now offices. Early/mid C19. Solid rendered front.
Slated roof. Red brick chimney on left side wall. 3 storeys.
3-window range. Doorway off-centre to right. Small-paned sash
window with margin-panes at either side: 2 over 2 panes to
left, 1 over 1 panes to right. 6-paned sash windows in upper
storeys, except that upper 3rd storey sashes have only 3
panes. Raised band above ground storey and another below
eaves, cut into by 3rd storey windows. Prominent, flat eaves
cornice; gutter with lion-heads. INTERIOR not inspected.
