Farmhouse. Mid C19. Watershot coursed squared rubble, slate
roof. L-plan formed by a double-depth and double-fronted main
range with a rear service wing. Two storeys, 3 windows,
symmetrical; square-headed doorway with plain surround and
door with 6 raised panels, protected by a shallow porch with
monolithic stone slab sides and pentice canopy on wooden
brackets; two 12-pane hornless sashed windows at ground floor
and 3 above, all with chisel-dressed sills and lintels.
Corniced gable chimneys. Right-hand return wall has doorway to
service wing flanked by 4-pane sashed windows, and 3 similar
sashes above these openings. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms
group with barn to north (qv).
