Church of St Andrew, Dent, Cumbria

Uploader's Comments

Dentdale, including Dent, is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and was formerly part of the West Riding of Yorkshire. This is a sheep-farming area and St Andrew's is a typical wool church, substantially extended in the medieval period as a result of profits made from the wool trade.
