House now shop. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Painted brick,
unpainted sides, with corbelled brick eaves. Patterned-tiled
roof. Integral brick side stacks, and central brick ridge
stack to rear. L-shaped plan of front range with single-storey
rear extension wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Street front with one 2/2 sash
with painted flat lintel and raised keyblock, modern shop
window to ground floor under bracketed fascia. Glazed and
panelled entrance door to left. Gable return side: C19
casements with brick segmental-arch openings. Rear: covered by
projecting single-storey gabled tile-roofed extension, C19
casement under brick segmental arch at gable end.
