House, now flat over tea shop. Early C19 front to earlier,
possibly C17, core. Red brick with brick plinth, dentil brick
course eaves, and storey bands. Plain-tile roof with
brick-coped gables. Brick eaves stack to rear. Rectangular
plan of front range parallel to street.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey and attic. 2-window range of 2-light
casements with cambered brick lintels to first floor. C20 3/3
sashes to ground floor flanking central 6-panelled part-glazed
door, all with brick segmental-arched lintels. 2 tiled gabled
dormers.
INTERIOR: ground floor with chamfered lateral bridging beams
with faceted chamfer stops.
