House. C18 with early C19 additions. Brick with dentil course eaves, (tall dentils to older wing). Plain-tile roof partly with ashlar coped parapet gables. Integral brick eaves stacks to front and rear. L-shaped plan consisting of long and short parallel ranges.

EXTERIOR: two storeys. Front with one eight/eight sash in brick segmental arched opening to recessed range to left at both floors. Eight/twelve sash at first floor to later advanced range to right. Connecting return wall with panelled front door covered with bracketed flat hood. Right-hand return double-gabled wall with three/six sash at first floor, large wood casements at ground floor.
