House in row. Late C18/early C19. Rendered and colourwashed
over local rubble, clay pantiled roof continued both sides,
brick end chimney stacks. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes, with
6-panel door in plain opening, up 4 steps.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: about 2m from the house the front
boundary wall, in random stone with ashlar coping, adding to
the setting of the house and the streetscape generally.
Roof a continuation of No.67 (qv) to N and 71 (qv) to S.
