House with shop. Mid to late C19. Red brick in Flemish bond
with stone dressings, Welsh slate gabled roof behind parapet,
brick chimney stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 bays. Late C19 shop front to ground
floor with 2-light display window having recessed doorways at
each end, panelled end pilasters, thin and deep mullions, and
thin fascia with cornice. Above, plain end pilasters, sill
band courses, moulded cornice and plain coping to parapet,
margin-pane sashes in moulded stone architraves with small
brackets under second floor sills.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
This property wider, otherwise similar, but not identical to
No.73 (qv) adjoining.
