GV II

House with shop. Early/mid C19. Rendered with stone dressings,
all colourwashed, roof not visible behind parapet.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 bays. Cornice, moulded coping to
parapet. Shop front apparently late C19 with some
modifications, having panelled pilasters, console brackets to
fascia cornice, 4-light display window and door under
rectangular fanlight to right. Upper floors have plain sash
windows in plain openings, the sash boxes being exposed and
moulded.
INTERIOR: the building appears to have been totally remodelled
at all three levels, with no notable features remaining.
