House. c1820. Brick laid to Flemish bond; gabled slate roof
with brick end stack. Single-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top dentilled brick
cornice. Entrance to right of centre has doorcase with
pilasters and entablature with hood-cornice, overlight to C20
door. Windows have timber lintels, that to ground floor with
sill and paired plate-glass horned sashes; first floor has
windows with 2-light small-paned casements. Left return has
window with painted-out pegged small-paned casement with iron
opening casement. Rear lean-to outshut.
