Coursed limestone rubble, the front painted; old tile roof
with coped gables and brick end stack; brick wings to right
and rear. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Plat band over ground
floor. C20 entrance and shop windows set in tessellated
panels, with large fascia board; first floor has windows with
6/6 sashes with thick glazing bars. Single-storey wing to
right has C20 garage door. Rear wing has lateral stack.
