Formerly known as: Combrooke Post Office and No.12 THE VILLAGE
Combrook.
3 houses. Late C17. Coursed limestone rubble; steeply pitched
corrugated-iron roof with coped gables and stone end stacks
and cross-axial stack, all with brick shafts. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. 2 entrances have plank
doors, that to left (No.13) with timber lintel, that to right
(No.14) with stone lintel. Ground floor has recessed-chamfered
windows with label moulds; No.13 has window to left of
entrance with 3-light leaded casement with iron opening
casement and window to right with 3-light mullioned window;
No.14 has 3-light mullioned window with lowered sill and
renewed mullions.
First floor has 3 similar though smaller 3-light mullioned
windows with leaded glazing. Single-storey extension to left
has corrugated-iron roof and entrance with plank door. C20
extension to right. Rear has lean-to outshut.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
