Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco, roof turnerised.
3 storeys over basement, one-window range. Flat-arched
entrance with overlight, and original panelled door now partly
glazed. All windows flat-arched; those to first floor being
French windows, giving access to a bracketed verandah with
wrought-iron railings and concave canopy; cornice and blocking
course over second-floor window now renewed. First- and
second-floor windows flanked by incised key patterns; cornice
renewed and parapet railed and panelled in the centre; stack
to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected.
