Terraced house. Mid-C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys, one-window range. This house presents only one
narrow window bay to the street, much enriched; ground floor
probably of C20 with shouldered arch and enriched cornice;
first and second floors flanked by rusticated pilasters;
first-floor window basket-arched; bracketed entablature
incorporating a tiny balustraded balcony to the second-floor
window which is round-arched with pilasters having foliage
capitals and an archivolt with scrolled acanthus keystone;
frieze with Greek key ornament; modillion cornice; panelled
and enriched parapet.
