Terraced house. Mid-C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
5 storeys over basement, 5-window range. Ground floor
decorated with banded and chamfered rustication. Flat-arched
entrance with overlight flanked by panelled pilasters
supporting a 'stepped' entablature. All windows flat-arched
with architraves; full-height canted bay to north of entrance.
Ground-floor windows have cast-iron window-guards; first-floor
windows with pediments, and balcony with cast-iron railings;
the windows above this level all have bracketed sills and
those to the second and third floors have cornices; the
windows to the third floor have cast-iron window-guards and
those to the fourth floor have keystones; bracketed cornice;
stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to area with
ornate finials.
