Terraced house. Mid-C19. Stucco, roof of tiles.
3 storeys, one-window range to Buckingham Road. Flat-arched
entrance in return to West Hill Place, with overlight,
pilasters and entablature; full-height canted bay to
Buckingham Road flanked by rusticated pilasters to ground and
first floor, with storey strings to both floors; the windows
have typical quadrant corners to all floors in the bay; return
to West Hill Place has flat-arched windows with simple
architraves to ground and first floors, ground floor window
nearest to Buckingham Road blank; lower extension to west, of
one-window range.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Plaque in memory of Aubrey Beardsley who was born here. Stucco
balustraded garden wall with square corniced piers.
