Terraced house. c1845. Stucco, roof of tiles.
3 storeys over half-basement with dormers; 2-window range.
Ground floor rusticated; broad, flat-arched entrance with
side- and over-lights set back under a porch with Doric
pilasters and entablature; canted bay to basement, ground and
first floors with sashes of original design to half-basement
and first floor; decorative frieze between ground and first
floor, which has bracketed balcony with cast-iron railings
with anthemion ornament, and canopy; tripartite window to
second floor above bay; bracketed eaves; dormer in hipped
roof; side stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Dwarf coped garden wall with square
pedimented gate piers.
