Shop with former dwelling above. Circa 1835-40; later C19 rear wing. Flemish bond red brick. Clay plain tile roof with gabled ends and projecting eaves. Brick gable-ended stack with heightened shaft. PLAN: 1-bay plan with later C19 rear wing. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 1-bay SE front. 12 and 16-pane sashes with stone cills and moulded cornice hoods on console brackets; Victorian shop front with console on right end of fascia, and C20 shop window. Later C19 gabled 3-storey brick wing at rear with 4-pane sashes. INTERIOR: Simple C19 joinery on first and second floors.
