C16 4 storey house of close-set studding with rendered brick infilling. Twin-gable
heads have moulded tie-beams and C19 barge-boards. Jettied, moulded, bressumer
at second floor level, with three projecting cross- beams and moulded console
brackets. Diagonal bracing at 1st floor. Ground floor underbuilt in early
C19 with stuccoed brickwork now painted black. Reeded doorcase and bow-window
on left hand side, and probably early C19 shop front on right hand side (with
glazing bars). Old tile roof.
Nos 104 to 112 (even) form a group.
