Terraced house. c1760, altered. Multi-coloured brick. 4
storeys and basement (4th storey added). Double fronted with 3
windows and 2-window return to Dombey Street. Wooden doorcase
with attached Doric columns carrying entablature with
triglyphs in frieze and open mutule pediment. Round-headed
fanlight with archivolt and console key; panelled door. Sash
windows altered earlier C19 with stucco architraves. Side
windows tripartite, ground and 1st floor with
console-bracketed cornices, 3rd floor with segmental arches.
Returned with reddened gauged brick flat arches to recessed
sashes. Sill band to 3rd floor. Parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with torch flambe finials.
