Terraced house. c1700-15, altered. Darkened multi-coloured
stock brick with red brick dressings, 3rd floor refaced.
Rusticated stucco ground floor. Originally 2 houses with 2
windows each. 4 storeys and cellars. Left hand entrance with
wooden doorcase with pilasters carrying bracketed detail
cornice, patterned radial fanlight and panelled door
approached by 2 steps flanked by cast-iron railings with urn
finials. Right hand entrance altered for use as shop entrance;
plain wood surround with cornice, fanlight and double doors.
Stucco first floor sill string. Gauged red brick flat arches
to recessed sash windows, those at 1st floor with blind boxes.
Red brick band at 2nd floor level. Parapet. Original lead
rainwater head and pipe. INTERIOR: not inspected.
