House. C17, extended and restored in early and later C20. Timber framed, exposed
with whitewashed render infilling below and cladding on right hand return front.
Whitewashed brick infill on first floor with tile hanging on rear. Plain tiled
roofs. T-shaped plan. Two storeys and attics to front under two, hipped-roof
leaded casement dormers. Three framed bays with offset multiple stack to right
end and rear ridge stack to left. Diagonal buttress to right end and diagonal
brace to first floor left. Two outer 2-light and one single light window on the
first floor. Ribbed lead roof over projecting ground floor with ogee-section eaves
cornice. Outer 15-light windows wrapping around the canted angles. Single light
window to left of centre. Half-glazed double outer doors to centre. Right hand
return front:- Queen post roof exposed. Single storey porch extension to right.
Rear - double gable with thin frame exposed below. Irregular casement fenestration.
