House, now divided and part office. 1867, extended in C20, built in Lovelace style.
Flint with brick dressings and decorations, slate roofs under ridge cresting. "T"
shaped plan with later, single storey wing to rear. Two storeys with brick dentils
and machiciolated arcading to eaves, corbelled end ridge stacks. Dentilled brick
plinth/sill band to ground floor, decorative quatrefoil pattern band over ground
floor to front; decorative plat band to left hand return front.
Regular street facade: Four metal casement windows on each floor with original
glazing bars, in decorative brick surrounds, cambered head on ground floor. Glazed
door to left hand return front. Pentice roofed brick. To left extending as open
verandah to right; one cambered head casement to ground floor right, 3 windows on
first floor.
