House. Circa 1860 in Gothic style. Red and brown brick below, timber
framed above with brick infilling in herringbone and zigzag patterns.
Tiled roof with bands of fishscale tiling. Two storeys, first floor
jettied on brackets with projecting wing to right. Central gabled bay to
left. Ridge stack to left end and rendered stacks to front, left and right.
Two-light casement fenestration to first floor, six windows with hexagonal
glazing bars. Central two-light first floor window raised up with trefoil
heads to main lights and two triangular lights with trefoil roundels
to apex under brick hood moulding. Ground floor windows, two-light with
glazing bar sashes, four to ground floor with arched heads and brick
mullion. Further window to ground floor left in single storey extension.
C20 pentice roof extension to front right with casement fenestration.
Part-glazed door to left of centre under cambered head and and pentice
roofed porch and hood on braces. Included for Group Value only.
